Hi friends, today this was my yoga. I truly tried to record one for you, hard. I mean- the lighting was just so, I was vibing, I was ready, I had an intention…but golly… each time I tried to start ‘teaching’ I felt odd verbally guiding (not a normal sensation for me) and after taking a moment to pull some card and be in silence spirit struck me deep and said ‘not today.’ I decided to record my speechless moment and share it with you even though I wasn’t able to share it in speech.
